e.g.:
VW abyssites
Unspawned/unaggroable normal monsters and NMs in Abyssea
Campaign Ops and campaign itself need to be turned on
Doing so would allow us to test more effectively.

WoE is presently fully unlocked on the test server (Fluxes 12-15 aren't implemented yet).
The problem is that campaign doesn't seem to be enabled at all. The server spams "tallying campaign results..." every so often and no areas are controlled by either side (except sandy for some reason).
HowdyI will be sure to pass on your feedback to make it easier for you all to test content.
In the meantime I wanted to pass along some other related information.
In addition to the current features we have setup in your Mog House for setting and equipment, we are working towards adding commands for the below items:
• Setting your levelHowever, the testing volume for these commands is quite large and since it will take more time than your average update, it will be a bit before we implement them. Apologies for any inconveniences the lack of these commands may be causing, but just hang in there a bit longer.
• Setting your skill values
• Warping to areas
• Changing movement speed
• Becoming invincible
We will also be adding Retrace scrolls and reraise items to the list of items you can obtain.

Very nice, looking forward to some of those changes, will make the testing of certain things a bit easier.
How about also letting us have access to all gear to test different setups.
SE doesn't want people flooding the test server so they can play around with a free Ukonvasara or whatever. That's not what SE made the test server for and flooding it with people who have no interest in testing content would be counterproductive.
But it would hurt. If the server becomes full and three quarters of those people are just there to play around with a free relic then it keeps out people who actually want to test content.

See, that's the thing, though. The people who come on and are like "huh, free Ukon, free bunch of other stuff" are going to be bored within about half an hour. Maybe longer if they decide to try fail-soloing Glavoid and keep healing it, but half an hour's probably a pretty good estimate.
Now, if there actually were more people on, the people who are like "I want to test things... but can't ever find enough people" could pick up these people who are like "man, I have everything I want, now what do I do?"
In case you haven't noticed, the main issue with the test server, above and beyond everything else, is the average population in the low double digits - on a system that could easily support ten times as many (like it did in the first week or so of the first testing phase), and probably tops out somewhere around 600~750 before they close signups. (I suspect they're running all the zones on one server, as opposed to "normal" worlds that use multiple servers for the zones, but that's not relevant other than establishing that the cap of simultaneous people is necessarily going to be lower on the test server.)
Many of those things will really help, since it's difficult for us to gather the manpower to find out what some of these monsters do,check the drops, make sure the chests actually appear (since one of the new BCNMs actually had a bug like that), etc.
