    Please make all player effort-enabled content unlocked on test server

    e.g.:

    VW abyssites

    Unspawned/unaggroable normal monsters and NMs in Abyssea

    Campaign Ops and campaign itself need to be turned on

    Doing so would allow us to test more effectively.
