PC Hardware not detected

ok. i have looked through the forums and did not see a thread for this so i figured i would ask. if it is asked elsewhere, then i will admit i did not see it.

i have been playing FFXI on the xbox for about 2 - 3 months now. a few friends of mine suggested i get the expansions also since i really enjoyed the game. i did purchase it for the PC digital download until i can get the disk for XBOX 360. i have all expansion and updates (including the 6 hr expansion updates) but when i run it on my PC, it starts up fine but when i hit play, it say hardware not recognized (code -1).

this PC is a Dimension 2350. (still working on my custom PC at the moment). this is the PC i am running at the moment but i figured it would work

We do apologize for the problems you are experiencing playing FINAL FANTASY XI. The error you are receiving is being caused by the Intel Graphics Controller; that is an integrated graphics chip, and not an actual dedicated graphics card. It is not supported for FINAL FANTASY XI. We can only recommend upgrading to a support graphics card, a list of which can be found on the official PlayOnline website.
