More Elixir+1's coming up.... Or Iron Ores...
Sorry to ask this if it hasn't been before but is there a way we could possible exchange currency from Walk of Echos for coins we do not need?
I'm close to 75 Coins of Ruin at this time in the hopes that maybe some kinda of NPC would be created that will let you exchange the coins you obtain the desired currecy you'd want. Even if it's a 2-1 ratio I would be perfectly happy with this.
Just finished another Flux 7 and obtained a Pouch of Ruin which is really killing me seeing as I've needed only 6 Coins of Birth for 5 days now.
Better yet, talk PepsiCo into doing a Game Fuel promotion for FFXI and put Alexandrites/seals/+2 items/emp upgrade items/Dynamis currency on the caps. XD
This is kind of what I expected was happening when they introduced the NPC that 'allows you to swap 3 seals of any type for 1 of another that you need', until it was clarified that they were actually talking beastmen/kindred seals, not abyssea. Adding a similar function for WoE coins, Abbyssea seals/+2 items would be great though^^
I see absolutely no point in adding anything for Abyssea seals or +2 items, personally. Those are already fairly easy to target, and allowing people to swap them around would just lead to a mass exodus of gimps spamming Pascerpot and whatever other super-easy NM they can find.
My favorite was the dancer and the RDM with w/e ??? claim tool they had, popping sirrush over and over for 2 hours the other night for seals, while 27 people who were trying to build sobek sets fumed because the guy wouldn't team up with anyone so that they could pop it and get him his seals at the same time.
I look forward to more of this.
