Denying that ??? claim programs exist is silly. Why didn't you guys tell SE that before they went and spent all this time and money redesigning the entire monster spawn system for this game? Think how many years of headaches they could have saved themselves if they had only known that the "Those don't do anything" excuse would work when people complained about claim bots.
Yeah, the congestion lol. ok.
I think they're talking about the triple-??? redesign maybe? Or the ??? respawn timer which was adjusted when the timed NMs were brought down to 15 minutes? I'm not entirely sure, but they didn't implement any "Anti-Bot" measures that I'm aware of in either of these adjustments.
I implied those updates, well the triple ??? and 1 min respawn at least I believe those were the same update. But those didn't do anything to combat what these mythical bots supposedly can do so I have no clue what changes were made to combat bots.
Oh maybe the change on the Land Kings...
Is there not a claim delay? Mobs can't spawn claimed anymore because you can't claim them until after a certain amount of time that they've been spawned.
That's why Amun was bugged for so long, and you'd have to claim him twice. (Maybe not why, but was the conclusion my LS came to.)
Wasn't that done a long time ago though <_<?
There is a claim delay for spawned monsters, but the concern at the moment is ???-spawned NMs. Amun/Mictlantechutli had an odd issue where initial actions wouldn't actually put the player on the primary hate list, forcing the NMs to act like secondary claimed mobs requiring 2 actions. It was really weird, but it shouldn't have been caused by the claim delay system.
