Flying Mounts?

I'm Sorry OP... the community here are a punch of Fanboys/noobs who don't know what's best half of the time.

I think SE needs to be MORE "CREATIVE" and come up with different mounts and ways of traveling other than sticking with "Chocobos" Onry. This game lacks creativity and those who praise the uncreative aspects of the game such as "Chocobos Mounts onry" are simply dumb fanboys...

While I'm at it, another thing this game truly lacks is how the "Armors" look.
Majority of the low/high lvl armor looks like the same armor you see but sometimes different color with different names. Makes no Sense, give us new designs for each armor not same designs with reskinned models... Soo.. UnCreative..

Also, Crabs, Worms, Crabs, Rabbits, Crabs, Fairies, Crabs, Demons, Crabs, ETC. seriously?
How come majority of the monsters are the SAME and only have different names!? RESKIN DOESN'T COUNT!
I want to see new models not just new names and status...

Names and Status means Nothing when everything looks and feels visually the same.

New pets, new armor designs, New monsters with different models and NOT same Models of reskinn crap that we have already seen before!

I think you don't know the meaning of the word "creative" if your idea of creativity is to blatantly rip off another game.

In a day and age where nearly every MMO out there is trying to be a WoW clone, one of the few things FFXI has going for it is that it's NOT WoW. Why would you want to ruin that?

That is an "Excuse" for motivating SE to stay Uncreative for this matter of subject.
If SE creates different mounts, and different kinds of mounts for FFXI other than the Chocobo, then that DOESN'T MEAN they are ripping off from other games. NOPE... That only means they are embracing their creativity. They can create many different kinds of mounts for different styles of players and that is awesome if they do. But they don't.

If being creative is "Limitations" and less "Options" then I call "BS" on that one.
If being creative is "stay with what you got" and "Don't add anything new" then you are clearly a fanboy.

Here is an Analogy:

Microsoft created a PC, a computer made for more average people
And Now, Apple created MAC, a whole different style of computer.

They all got their own OS that makes them unique, now, did Microsoft and Apple Rip each other off?
They took ideas from each other that worked sure, but they made their own OS and it is the individual's preferences of which OS they like to use.

I prefer using MAC so I do.

You cannot say SE isn't going to be original if they added different mounts to ride on... They can come up with their own mounts, give players options and preference to ride on pets they want to ride instead of having NO CHOICE but to ride a big fat chicken...

Imagen living in a REAL world where EVERYONE drives 1 Model car.. The only thing that can change is the color of the same Modeled car... You tell me, would it be boring to live in that world due to "RL Limitations?" or live in today's RL world where we all have different preferences in cars and different styles of cars such as, Toyota, Lexus, Mercedes, and Ford, etc.
