WS NPC trial weapon

I have recently just started to finish up my WS trial weapons. I have finished unlocking the latent of the H2H and was about to trade it to the NPC when i got stuck to the point the only thing i could do is chat and nothing else. so i was forced to force shutdown the PS2 and to my disbelief i have lost my trial weapon that i have unlocked and the GM cant do anything to help me. I cant reset or erase the quest so now when i want to finish or start another WS quest i cant because you can only have one active and the one that is active i no longer have the trail weapon because it was lost in the trade to the npc. Please help me
