There are two separate boosts to helixes: one based on level (which affects duration), and one based on whether or not Dark Arts is up (which affects damage and duration).

The bug report is about the former being not present on /sch, when nothing has been mentioned about it being specific to SCH-main. (The Dark Arts boost is specific to SCH-main, but isn't being tested here.)
