Account Mailable Relics/Mythics/Empys?

Possible in the future to see empys/mithics/relics mailable winthin an account?
I think it would be a good option for players that decied they want to change race/sex since SE doesnt provide a race change option. That or actually provide a race change option for players that made a bad choice in race when they first started playing.

Having to start over again isnt that bad these days, but on the other hand doing a relic/empy/mythic a second time is redundant. So possible to see this in the future?

So you'r fashion addicted and all you want is to look alike the one trendy player.
Since there is no real difference/challenge between race and gender for a half brained player the only logical solution why someone want's to change his race/gender is cause he dislikes how his character looks with in his favored gear.

And in case I remember right - there are 3'rd party tools that would change it for you - only exception, you have to use a PC.

Other reasons, such as HP, MP, STR, DEX, aso doesn't count cause at higher levels they aren't that important anymore.
Even at the time when Lv.75 was max level - it doesn't played a role.
So we'r back to a "flavour of the month" reason and that isn't a reason SE od any other should spend time for.

Is there anything wrong with being fashion addicted? In a video game? Do you have something personal against me wanting to rather play a different race, but not wanting to spend all the time getting the gear a second time? Does it negatively affect you in any way? If so, please tell me how exactly this this affects you negatively. In terms of actual resources spent by SE, this is probably some of the easiest and fastest things to change.

And why should I use illegal third party tools? They don't change the appearance for other players, and they don't change stats. Also, there are issues with using certain race/gender specific gear when doing this.

Sorry but obviously you don't understand what's going on nor do you have a clue of what it would mean to introduce such a system.

#1 You have to make sure that you can only deliver non deliverable items to an character bound by your account.
#2 You have to make sure that the system won#t be abused by a 3'rd party like gil sellers or other players that behave in an improper way to obliterate their traces.
#3 You have to make sure that you can only use the service once in a while and not every day or even every hour cause you just want to change race/gender but not your name.
#4 You have to make sure that the new character has to do all missions/quests to wear mission/quest equipment otherwise the item/gear could be sold at the AH or via bazaar.

These 4 poins alone mean that you'll have to rewrite more than just a ra/ex flag.
So the only solution for you is to use 3'rd party tools or bear with the fact that you have to live with the decission you made the day the character was created or make a new one and get all the fancy stuff again.

#1: This system already exists. It would only require an expansion of the current list of deliverable items.
#2: How could it be abused by third parties like gilsellers? The items in question would only be sendable to other characters on the same account. You won't be able to give them away to anyone else.
