I couldn't find any way of contacting staff through the LS Community page, but hopefully someone here can help.
My character name is Codex, and I'm from the Sylph server. It seemed that there were two of 'me' registered to my Linkshell. There was a second version of me that was inactive, and I've since had my LS leader remove that account, but I'm not sure where it's come from.
That said, it's causing problems with logging in and such, and would like to know if there's a way to have that account removed from the site entirely? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! (If you need more info, let me know.)
