PS: All the relic/mythic bonuses aside from hidden damage multipliers are exactly the same 90>95, SE did not add a new tier.

How do you know that? Do you own a relic/mythic...I bet you dont, hidden damage is not the only thing changed in lvl 95 relic/mythic the aftermath in mythics had been enhanced to triple attacks...Its false info like that spread around these forums like a disease, and that statement you just said was false information, that link you posted was on ragnarok testing was not valid, he didnt even do the test himself, matter of fact i think he didnt even see it the ragnarok in action but rather just posted his friend's data. I got a chance to eyeball, that guy didnt even eyeball he just said he has second hand data, and my first hand knowledge is far superior for me than listening to someone who post second hand data.

Should have been clearer, I was referring to the traits granted by relics/mythics... Enhances critical hit rate IV, Augments Absorb spells IV, etc. Obviously mythic aftermath was changed.

Well i already have apocalypse and was just trying to decide on another relic and was wondering if this even had a situational use over apocalypse

It's slightly better DPS on high level/def NMs if you can go all-out without dying, that's it.
