It could have been a pink recoloring if it was a mere flan princess, like they did with Holy Moly.
So it's definitely a wink to Star Wars, it's simply too similar in appearance to Jabba the Hutt to not be that.
Ingame, it'll probably be a Flan Princess or Queen. Or a Flan Drag Queen... I suspect Charm will be a key ability on that mob
