idk if its just me, but i have trouble getting the coins i want from WoE, either they dont drop or when they do i have 10+ people lotting against me, i know i read they had some plans to adjust WoE, but havent heard anything since.... can we get some more details? like soloable battlefields, increased drops, or some alternate way of obtaining coins? maybe like a WoE currency that allows you to trade currency for weapon coins. or even just make it where everyone gets their own chest at the end not just the top "performers". I've spent more than 4 weeks in there and so far only have 15 of the coins i need for 1 weapon... I've gone in as multiple different jobs and only been ranked in top 5 a hand full of times, seems that DNCs BLUs and RDMs get ranked highest, even after going as MNK and using 2hr and spamming items and TP and abilities....

They already did this and they increased it by a lot. HIGHLY noticeable diff than before that patch.

It's based on the campaign exp system.

There's a point cap for physical damage.
Magic damage.
Enfeebling.
Taking Damage
Etc.

Rdm dnc blu pld nin/dnc, etc. will always rank over a mnk if they know what they're doing, hit each of the respective fields and cap them out.

Using 2hr for example will do nothing if you already reached your point cap for physical damage.

i've gone in as my BLU my NIN and my SAM also, spammed enfeebs on every mob used JAs ect, asper increased drops i've gone days without seeing coins of glory drop, and im not exaggerating sadly

If you want to rank, nin/dnc is probably going to be your best bet.

Melee and ws like regular. heal yourself. Use steps on the mob. Ninjutsu wheel (important). And make sure to take some hits.

eh i been doin that, idk maybe just terrible luck but still, i know they said they had some improvements in the works i'd like to hear some of their ideas, and throw in a couple of ideas incase any of the Dev team gazes upon this, i know theres like 7 or 8 confluxes in there but can only enter 4 of em'? so maybe new battlefields could be solo or something idk

You have to beat the other ones multiple times to unlock the other 3 on your server. I know they're all open on sylph (or maybe 7 is still closed I don't remember)

odd, people on Shiva just spam 1 and 3, from what i've seen atleast, WoE only usually populated early in the morning NA time, as the day wears on most ppl there just afk so makes it lil harder to actually kill big NMs

It personally took me less time to do Verethranga than it did to do Rev Fists+2, but I did the majority of my rev fists+2 (20+/30 coins) before they updated the coin drop rate.

ya im working on Masamune at same time, and i have RL friend working on Almace i dont wanna compete against him for items for Kannagi + Sobek is super over camped on Shiva sadly
