    So you don't want to cap EXP per monster in non-Heroes zones, or cap faster in Heroes zones? Or do you want them to slow down killing by holding TP so they don't get a ruby WS kill?

    The only time having capped Ruby is a bad thing is when you've capped gold/slivery/ebon and no one else is leaving your group to dump merits, switch jobs, etc.
