Problems with spell and abilities graphical effects

Ok. I'll try explaining the issue on your format.

Details:
When I'm playing the game and I use an ability or spell in the middle of a combat it works OK, but it's like the graphical effects were disabled. For example: If I use Provoke on a target and I'm not engaged in the combat it works OK, but if I have my sword out and use Provoke I can't see any graphical effect from the ability.

Steps:
Always in the middle of a combat.

Date & Time:
Since I bought the game.

Frequency:
Under certain conditions, like I said before.

Platform:
PC
