There are somedays I hit it lucky and learn 3or 4 spells in a day. Then the next couple days i wont learn any. I will then let it be for a day or two, pick it back up and WHAM i learn a couple spells. Makes BLU a exiciting/frustrating job to learn. I am newly lvl90 (thanks to Abyssea--so am not capped), went out to learn Reaving Wind with a party of experienced BLU's and a NIN with a RDMtagalong I learned it and surprised myself and the other BLU's (a couple of them didnt learn it ) All just random luck of the draw
