AF gloves aren't available until another 25 levels. Also, time consumption doesn't equal difficulty, learning blue magic is just a different sort of grind, just much more randomized. Very randomized rewards are just annoying, I'd actually prefer it if it was a set amount of times you had to see a spell before you learned it (even if this number was higher than the average spell sightings before learning it). At least then I would know how long I would be sitting there, mindlessly doing the same actions over and over again.
For the record, I got Head Butt while autofollowing a high level friend of mine while I was doing grocery shopping.
But yes, even having the learning chance cap out at near 100% after 10 spell uses would have been fine with me. If you started at a 10% chance of learning and increased with about 8% for each kill up to a cap of ~95% after 10, you'd be likely to have learned it when you're up to 6-7 out of those 10. and extremely likely to have learned it after killing the 10th.
