It can get randomly crazy sometimes, and I mostly agree with your idea (though I'd say more like it'd be nearly 100% after say, seeing it about 10 times; 3-4 is a bit too fast). However, it sounds to me like that'd be hard to program into the game. :/

What you'll be experiencing as long as you play BLU is that mobs will often refuse to use the spell you want to learn, even if it's something you always saw them use often before. And then once you learn it, they'll start using it all the time again.

Ya honestly, I wouldn't want them to make the system easier then it is I enjoy that its random, it makes the reward all that much more beneficial. I own every Blue magic spell available to BLU and some I spent hours to days on, I think it builds character and devotion too the class, and this way not just any shmuck can pick up the job and run with it. It takes dedication and time, and strongly frowns upon Abyssea burning, because good luck trying to get spells with a low ass Blue Magic Skill. If you want spells with success

1. Get Blue Magic Skill Capped
2. Wear your AF Gloves (these should never ever ever leave your inventory!)
