1. Begin a training regime using Page 4 of a Grounds Tome in the Labyrinth of Onzozo.
2. Defeat the Flying Manta that spawns as a place-holder for the Lord of Onzozo at (H-8).

Even though you may receive experience for fighting this monster while you are pursuing a training regime that includes Flying Mantas, the number of successfully defeated designated targets will not increase. (I received 132 XP for the first kill and 145 for the second kill.)
