    Trial of the Magian +4 Staves

    In regards to the final trial for Elemental Magian Staves:

    I'm sorry, an extra -2% casting time on the +4 damage staves is in no way shape or form a good idea for the finishing trial. It's a joke of an upgrade and should be scrapped, again.

    Suggestion to SE: Add an extra tier of Magic Accuracy to the Magic Damage staves, and vise versa with the Magic Accuracy staves. As it is you lose around 10 Magic Acc on the Damage staves in comparison to Lv.51 HQ staves, and BLMs/SCHs have to carry enough gear nowerdays as it is. As Neisan said, the -2% casting time will be completely unnoticeable.

    Regardless of being the finishing trial, it's the next trial to upgrade to 99, and it is a total waste of a trial at -2% casting time reduction. There's literally no point in wasting time on such a superfluous upgrade.

    Isn't that the purpose of the damage staves? Damage over accuracy?

    I think it would have a far greater impact if SE added (synergy) recipes for an upgraded set of estaves (NQ/+2 and HQ/+3), with Elemental Affinity +3 (NQ) and +4 (HQ). Each of the TOM staves would be better in it's own specialty, but the enhanced estaves give a better average. So you can choose for 2-3 specialty staves for each element, or one generic staff for each element.

    sorry but the satves suck for those of us who play several mages why couldent you do something worth wile with haglavamir<sp> like avatar perpet - # or macc +# maybe MAB + # insted fo having 2-5 staves for smn and another 2-3 for blm sch and whm yes i know haglavamir is not acessable to whm
