POL Random Crashing when Playing

I keep getting this error randomly. It seems to frequently crash when I am in Port-Jeuno. I managed to copy the details of the message. I dont have anything else running in the background besides firefox. See below for error message. This crash happens about 2-3 times while playing withing a 4 hour timespan.

When I am going into a highly congested area such as Port Jeuno, I randomly get the error stated in my previous post.

We would like to gather some further information about your system. Please open your Start menu and in the search box type "msinfo32" and hit the enter key. This will launch a "system information" tool. Select the "Software Environment" then "running tasks" once this page loads select "file" at the top of the page then "export" and save this information as a txt file.
