What's the point of saving 60 seconds when you lose that extra time gathering the extra items, then waste hours just waiting for one thing or another to use the bolts on... and in the end have to use whatever remained of that saved time to craft more bolts since you ran out 3 times as fast...

It's simple really.. Boltmaker should make quivers (allowing HQs), and work on all quiverable arrows and bolts (using woodworking recipes) and it should have been like that from the start.. not this broken junk key item.
