Petrifies target, and does a SWEET animation.

Level 99 - The Truffle Shuffle (requires 5 finishing moves):
Intimidates the target, and grants a short regen effect to party members within the area of effect. Allows all races to do the taru-taru /panic emote while performing this ability.
