Thanks for adding it, it's way better than constantly going back and forth to the book each time.
Abyssea could use this.

It's nice indeed.
Rather comedic though that now it's even easier for a lvl1+ leech to sit somewhere safe while a high-lvl does all the killing. They don't even have to run back to the book or worry about chests. I saw this in Gustav Tunnel yesterday. XD
Just to be clear, I'm not complaining in the least. Running back to the book was just a pain in the ass and I'm glad they changed it.
I don't know if they'll add it to Abyssea ops though, seems like a preference kind of thing. If you don't mind running back and forth between the op and mobs, then Abyssea ops are for you! If you like a more classic experience without worrying about pyxis or ops, then Grounds of Valor is calling.
I haven't tried it since the changes but I'm planning a day of it today. Turning up and chucking your flag up sure beats trying for a leech spot in a Abby party though!
The days of the digital watch are numbered.
It would definitely be nice to have in Abyssea. It would open up a lot more camps, rather than having everyone crowd into the couple of camp with an NPC next to the mobs.
The book stuff is definitely helpful and nice, but now that we have auto-repeat on them it really makes me wonder why they bothered making this additional system, when they could just have increased exp gain once again to achieve pretty much the same effect, just with a lot less work to do for the developers.
Again, I don't dislike books, it just seems like a roundabout way to fix the exp-outside-abyssea issue.

I tried out the new system for the first time 2 days ago. Love it. Beats the hell out of running back and forth between the book and the mobs. I played in Crawler's Nest, and we still only did page 1 near the entrance, but the possibility to go deeper is realistic now.
I think it's great that we can now simulate the "old school" traditional exp party set up and still get modern day exp. I don't miss the grind by any means, but I do miss the dynamic of a balanced, 6-person party working together to maximize returns. The auto-book lets you do that, but with much greater reward. Thanks SE. ^^
It would be epic in Dominion Ops.
The new repeat feature has made some GoV locations such as Gusgen AFK central. I've seen allot more people just sitting there doing nothing while still gaining a ton of xp. I really like the feature when it's used properly, but when someone decides to just sit and leech their way to lvl cap with zero effort, more people will have no idea how to do their job properly once they hit 95. I consider that practice the same as botting/autoing, and should definitely be discouraged with kicks from party leaders so that doesn't happen.
So tell the party leaders, then. Or make your own party where leeching isn't allowed.
Yes, that was sort of my point. It's the leader's way or the highway. If you're the leader yourself, you get to decide. With page autorepeat and the new areas to do GoV in now, it shouldn't be too hard to find a good spot somewhere else with some persons that agree with you on the leeching issue.
