ps3 freezes when zoning during cs

hello~ saw some mention of ps3 freezes but not this one tho i probably just missed it....

playing with my wife while she was on a ps3, she was freezing up quite frequently when zoning accompanies a cutscene. for example during the last bcnm for CoP chpt 7, she froze right after the battle, and during the cs when you get teleported to the new area. Or most recently entering abyssea-attowa. which was a little scary because it showed her as being in zone, and it took a while for her character disappear so she can log back in, and im pretty sure that was counting against her 5min limit to get visitant status.

2. blackscreen freeze (once with 'loading area' msg)
3. force quit game to log on again
