    UCS - 5001 for 5 months now, and no one is doing a damn thing about it

    I have been waiting now for 5 months (Since mid April), for SE to fix my issue. I have made 80+ calls, escalated 25+ tickets. I have asked for supervisors out the ASS when i call and NEVER have I gotten one. I have been put on call back lists from Supervisors and NONE has ever called me back.

    This steemed back to when we had that free month due to the Tsunami in March/April. I was in the midst of changing credit cards then. When I got my new card, I paid for March successfully, but I forgot to put a check box in April, even tho the charge for it was $0.00. So I went back in, and when I went to pay for April it gave me UCS - 5001. Now everytime that I try to fix it, I go to log in, get the standard "Your account has been suspended due to non-paid fees" which is ridiculous since I owe $0.00.

    And just a side note. The username I'm using on this forum isn't my own. It's one of my alt accounts that's attached to my token since I can't link my own account to this.

    Anyway, Now I have been told that I have to transfer my account from POL to SE in order to actually get this fixed...well here's the bullshit part. I can't transfer my account until that $0.00 goes away. It's not a client software issue. it's a billing server issue. Like I said it's been going on for 5 months. I work with servers EVERYDAY at work so I KNOW it doesn't take 5 months to clear it out.

    I have case ID's and everything. I want this issue fixed and resolved By the end of next week or I'm canceling. I've played this game for 9 years and to be treated like shit by the support is ridiculous.
