Crysta limit (10,000 Crysta)

Dear Technical Support

Earlier this month I have successfully purchased 10,000 crysta for 4 of my accounts under 1 SE account, everything worked as planned and nothing went wrong with the service transfer. Up to a week ago I decided to world transfer 1 of the content ID from Odin to Shiva costing 2500 crysta. Afterwards, seeing my current crysta balance in around 1500, I decided to add another 10,000 crysta to transfer the rest of Content IDs (3 more) however SE Account Management didn't allow me to add any due to the below automated message:

You cannot exceed the Crysta limit (10,000 Crysta).
Please change the amount of Crysta to add and try again.

At first that didn't seems to be a problem, maybe some security measures were at work here, therefore I tried to add 5,000 crysta but I was met with the the same message. This is a major problem for me because I'm at 1500 crysta, once the month ends, I won't have enough crysta to support all 4 contents which leads to deactivation of 3 of my content IDs forcing me to pay an additional 300 crysta for ID reactivation. Is there anyway to add more crysta or am I stuck with the 10,000 crysta limit per month?
