Content ID HELP!!!

Hello Gamers,
I all ready did got Final Fantasy XI Character and 30 Days Free Trail (August 27, 2011). But, I go to PlayOnline Program then I sign in then I went to Final Fantasy XI Mode then I went to Content ID Mode then I went to Obtain ID then I sign in with PlayOnline Account then I got this message.

Regarding PlayOnline Procedures

No PlayOnline or FINAL FANTASY XI operations can be performed from the PlayOnline Viewer.

After logging into the Square Enix Account Management System, please select a service account and then perform the necessary procedures.

So, can anyone help me?

We apologize for the problems you are experiencing in getting started with FINAL FANTASY XI. All account management functions for FINAL FANTASY XI have been transferred to the SQUARE ENIX Account Management system, all option services (such as registration code sales) are handled through the SQUARE ENIX Account Management system. All account management options within the PlayOnline Viewer have been removed. Information and walkthroughs on how to use the SQUARE ENIX Account Management system can be found at the URL provided below:
