Daily Reward System

So as we approach the eve of the next update, I took a gander at the road map and saw this mentioned and haven't heard anything about it yet.

What, pray tell, is this Daily Reward System?

In my head I picture EQ EQ2 Vanguard WoW and numerous other games that have a 'vitality' system where each hour you are logged off, you gain a portion of time for bonus exp. EG. Log out for 8 hours in your mog house -> log in and have 2 hours of double exp.

Any hints/teasers as to what the system actually will entail?

If it's exp then I wouldn't be surprised, and at the same time I would laugh at how worthless of an addition it would be considering the ease of exp nowadays.

same i was gonna post why in gods name would you want it as EXP but you know if they gave us anything it would be that.

In wow they also have a daily qeust you can do. Hopefully this is for Gil cause as the days pass my Gil is getting lower and lower with each new job I level.

The daily rewards will be Empyrean seals because apparently people are having so much trouble with those that it warrants putting them in KCNMs and Voidwatch.

I was kind of hoping for Elm Logs or Adaman Ore myself

Hopefully it's not just one thing. And if it is exp it better not just be like one of the current exp scrolls.

The only way I'd have any use for more experience points is if they came in the form of scrolls with no level requirement. I barely have any use for Empyrean seals, either. I think I'm missing maybe one +1 piece for a job that I play on an annual basis.

Therefor, I assume this system will provide experience in non-scroll form and Empyrean seals.

What would actually be useful? Honestly, I'd take anything I could NPC for gil. It's always possible to find a use for gil, and every little bit adds up.

It should be a completely new form of currency or assaults/wotg campaign ops type thingy imo! But actually fun and with good rewards

Well FFXI has a few too. Just start farming keys for the Tenshodo Coffer...

Of course, those can take quite a long time...
