    Much needed adjustments for hand-to-hand weapons {Can I have it?}

    Hello community reps!

    There has been something that's been bugging me for a long time now regarding the H2H weapons we PUPs and MNKs use as our bread and butter weapon; two things, in fact.

    The first one affects less people perhaps, but is seriously in need of fixing, and that is the fact that the magian hand to hand weapon that occasionally attacks x amounts of times ONLY works for the first hit when attacking, and not the second hit. Although that might seem fine and dandy to the dev team, it really isn't and puts H2H at an unfair advantage against both single and 2H weapon users for a big reason:

    While 1H users are stuck with the only one multihit chance per round (unless they have two weapons with multihit stats and are dual wielding),the same as with H2H,
    unlike us fist fighters, they can do just that: dual wield. They can pick a high base weapon as a main hand, seriously increasing their weaponskill damage and making up for the multihit weapons weak base damage, or single wield it for 40% or 50% or whatever % the multiattack is a round. (and some even get things like fencer if take advantage of single wielding!)

    2H users have the opposite advantage. They can't dual wield, and so are stuck with the lower damage of the weapon, but they also get the bonuses of using a 2H weapon for stat calculations, and grips/hasso/what have you as well. On top of that, they get the full 50% double attack of the weapon each round, because they only are swinging with that weapon.

    But us poor H2H users don't get either of these. We get the worst of both worlds, being forced to use only our multi hit weapon and it's low base damage (and high delay, and unlike with 2H users, that's never a good thing!), like with 2H users... but our attacks are like a dual wielders, where only half our attacks get the multihit bonus. We get no fencer, no 2H stat calculations, no grips or hasso. We're stuck with the thief equivalent of a multihit dagger plus a regular dagger with no stats and the same base damage and large delay as the multihit dagger. (Read: abysmally low) As it stands now, no one bothers with the multihit H2H magian weapons or other H2H weapons that work the same way. If I remember correctly, only the faith baghnakhs work properly, being able to do a multi attack on both swings. (And I think it can even multi attack off a double attack, but it's quirky like that <_<

    And let's not forget, the MYTHIC H2H weapons work the same way as the magian versions, with only the first fist being able to multi-attack, meaning compared to the other mythics with multihit aftermath, they come out shorthanded.

    So as a quick recap, please adjust the magian, mythic, and any other multihit H2H weapons that aren't able to multihit with both fists, able to do so. This will put them on the same playing field as with 2H users, which is fair since neither weapon type can dual wield.

    The other issue is also regarding trial of the magian H2H weapons, this time the elemental path. Unlike 1H users, H2H can't dual wield.... and yet, they get the same level of stats as with 1H users, and not the 2H users, without having the ability to dual wield two of the same elemental weapon for double the stats. Can you please bribe threaten trick request that the dev team change this so that the stats of the elemental H2H path weapons are the same as with 2H weapons, which have higher stats? (for instance, the 24 evasion on a +2 wind scythe, instead of +20 evasion of the +2 wind H2H and dagger weapons)

    Of course, there's the other idea, maybe letting us H2H users dual wield H2H weapons, getting the stats of both with the main hand determining the base damage or so, and adding the + delay on the offhand weapon. That would let us dual fist a high base damage weapon and offhand a multi hit weapon, putting us on somewhat equal ground with the dual wielding 1H users. But it just seems easier to fix the H2H weapons. ;3

    When dual wielding, each weapon would use it's own damage rating on the hand wielding it, but delay would be the average of the two. And I could imagine some weapons would not be allowed in the sub slot (such as relic, mythic, emp).

    But at this point, I'd be happy just to see some H2H specific sub slot items that 2H users also get.
