Tried logging into FFXI and get blocked with error POL-1160 saying the Network might be busy or there are connection problems - well my internet is working fine - i've double checked my security settings making sure FFXI and POL are allowed access and what not. I've reset my router/pc and still got nothing. Wondering if anybody else got this issue - a few min ago i wasnt even able to get to this site - said server timed out or something but like i said i was able to get on pretty much any other site.

So you now have two other threads regarding this, I was unable to login this morning and continued to get POL-0011, now I get to the point where it is either Retrieving Friendlist, Handle, or Content IDs and I get a POL-2059 error and promptly booted from POL. You guys probably updated your DNS records(or something else) and decided not to tell anyone that this would cause problems for the next 24-48 hours, can you please admit that you DID something last night, and actually tell us a time frame for resolution. A response other than the standard "It's not us it must be your ISPs" is not good enough as multiple people from ACROSS the world with differing ISPs are currently experiencing this.
Currently this affects my PS2, my PS3 running PS2 Client, my PC running Windows, and my friends XBox360
This occurs via 3 separate ISPs, Bell, Videotron, Telus 3G mobile (tethered via my phone).
Is it so hard to admit that you broke something?

Yeah cant log on either getting the same Error. Check my connections? ok but I can access your sites..although they too are timing out. Either someone is attacking your servers or you broke something. Also ive been getting R0's for a while particulary during events with my linkshell. Never during exp or wandering around jeuno. Whats up with that?
