A long time ago, I actually used to do ENMs for money. All the time. I prided myself on being able to get people the key item, get them to the battlefield, and win effectively/consistently. Now, the drops are outdated and there's virtually zero interest in doing them. It's kind of sad considering the battles used to be fun and rewarding. Now we never see any of the drops hitting the AH that aren't being recycled. It's been two months since the last Army's Paeon V scroll was on the AH on Lakshmi. Raise III scrolls are in high demand and low supply. Cloud evokers don't exist.
Really, I was just curious if s-e had any plans to do anything with/about ENMs. Since they maintain the lvl 75 cap, I personally have no interest in making the effort to do the battles. All of my gear/weapons/macros are made for lvl 90. I have no intention of digging out lvl 75 gear, remaking macros, and putting in all that effort for ENMs. I can't see many others being willing to put forth that level of effort, either (granted, the rewards may well be worth it.)
At any rate, ENMs could easily be filed under dead content. I was just hoping s-e might take it into consideration to possibly remove the level cap (and increase the difficulty) in order to make ENMs somewhat more relevant. Personally, I'd like to see what Ouryu and Bv2 are like at lvl 90/95. Feel free to chime in with thoughts/ideas.
