Here's an idea I had for an event. I thought i'd just make a bullet list of quick points rather than get too wordy.

EVENT (Tentatively called "Shapeshifter BCNM" or "SBCNM"):
- An uncapped 6-person BCNM event that requires players to defeat several stages of notorious monsters.
- Defeating the NM in each stage moves the players into a progressively more difficult arena with a chance for more valuable rewards (items).
- Upon starting, each player is assigned a random job/subjob (temporarily for the duration of the event). The player does not need these job-quests unlocked to draw them.
- Upon starting, each payer is also given random equipment (temporarily for the duration of the event). The equipment can be any piece of equipment in the game that is wearable by the job that player was randomly drawn. [Note: there should be a minimum item level that equipment is pooled from, so that players don't end up with lvl 10 items].
- Should be a limit that players can access (i.e. once per day).

Since players are given random jobs/subjobs, those players who are experienced playing many roles will likely be the most useful - and those that can combine jobtraits/abilities creatively/strategically 'on the fly' would be the most effective and have the greatest chance to succeed. The equipment randomization could make for a challenging dynamic as well, but also add in some fun factor: certain players will never obtain empy/relic/mythic/etc and it might serve has a little teaser for them when they get lucky on their equipment roll (upon entering).

We all know there are lots of game balancing/fixes/improvements that need to happen before new content, but I just wanted to share this idea I had. I hope you like it
