    Isn't this what Magian was initially billed as? Or am I just thinking of Synergy? The ability to upgrade our favorite older gear?

    Well, you can do this now with Synergy and Abjuration gear. I believe they're going to expand this to other armor sets as well.

    However, not all gear are part of systems, but are more or less just random. I'm sure it's more difficult to upgrade random gear. It would be nice to see more New NMs and new quests that don't belong to any system:

    Upgrade to Black Belt: Red Belt
    A YinYang Robe upgrade
    Carby Mitts Upgrade
    etc
