    To SE Tech about payment system and ID, yeah again...

    On 02-09-2011 half the members in my ls got theyr ID suspended/cancelled/deactivated.
    Yes yes all customers got the time to change to this new-new-system but even people already done with POL --> Squareenix account manager got the " you have no Active contenct ID " or something when trying to log in.
    Its not a matter of payment because they have theyr Crysta points already decreased and the box with next payment day says 02 october , they also got the - Continuous -
    check in the account status box.
    i myself got an issue with the Click&Buy metod, solved simply re-filling the subscriction form, but everyone paying with crysta cannot log in anymore.
    Thers tech difficulties of some sort ? Just say it!!! No news on official site, now replies in the official forum.
    Reading elsewhere, seems hundreds of customers got issues, many of they cannot even access the Forum anymore. This is the second time something like this happen in less than 3 months !! C'mon guys after 9yrs you are changing payment system to spare few bucks .. thats ok ! but at least do it efficiently and give customers Solutions
    All POL ID option when trying to login just redirect us to the SEAccountManager now...where ther's no more LiveChat or any 24/24 7/7 support!

    -Along with that change, there will also be a change in payment options for selected customers. OPTION whers option lol
    I play with a NA PC version until 2004, all of a sudden i'm going to be charged for an addictional 30%+ Montly fee, from 8-9 EU to 12.95 .. cooolness.
    I dont really mind paying what other UE players pay, just sayng you changed the rule of the game in a (long time ago) started match.

    P.S. Ive seens some FanSupporterLike replies in the forum , its true we got time to be ready for this .. and we where!! Despite all the "techIssue" SE have lately , just take a look here lol : http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/forums/77-Status
    This is a Game AND a Service we pay for.

    Greetings!

    It is strange indeed how so many players seem to have been stumbling upon this even though the 'cut-off' date was postponed...

    Either way, this is not exactly a technical issue, so the only reply you will get here from the officials will probably be: Contact the Customer Service regarding Account/Billing issues at the Support Centre, and a kindly closure of the thread.

    That said, I as well would recommend everyone who are affected to do so, at least eMail them if calling/chat-support is out of the question. Might also discuss about it here, at the General Discussion section though I'm not sure how much of such discussion they will allow.


    All this trouble is very disheartening, even though to me personally the only real 'hit' is that I have to pay around 100€ ($144) more per year for this game now.

    Something similar happened to a friend of mine today. He went to log in and he had no content Ids and no choice to reactivate them. He had already switched over to the new system.
