    Aga's Vs Shadows

While I find elemental agas wiping all my shadow to be highly irritating, but i can understand the reason for having it. (And the logic supporting it.)
But I don't get why spells like slowaga and other stat-aga's wipe shadows. They arnt attacking you or the shadow. You wouldn't want hastega, protectaga, or shellaga wiping shadows. (beneficial effect aside)

My guess would be that Utsu is a buff more or less, Slowga and others like it are debuffs. So It still make sense to me why it would wipe your shadows. It's "Debuffing" you.

Utsusemi is indeed a buff. Ever fought Sandworm? It'll occasionally steal your buffs including utsusemi. Other mobs do this too.

Not even sure what you (the OP) mean by saying spells like slowga "aren't attacking you"? Yes they are? They don't do damage but they are still being cast by enemies on you. In my opinion it would make a lot less sense if damaging aoe spells wiped shadows but non-damaging aoe spells (when both are cast by enemies) didn't.

Clearly you're not much of a god...

shadows block debuffs as well, when a mob casts paralyze, it hits a shadow. When it casts paralyga, its hitting all the shadows.

His authority is an issue of semantics. He is a God over gods, but has no power over normal folks. It's a pretty rough catch 22.

A shadow image is just that, a shadow image. It is a pretty typical skill for "ninjas" in movies and such, and it is very common for their shadows to be destroyed by almost any sort of disturbance.

The reason for supportive magic to not cancel shadows is easy to explain using non-game mechanics as a base too. Maybe the person with shadow images just told the mage which of his images was the real one, but didn't tell the enemy?
