Is the Charity Cap still being distributed?

I'm curious if the Cap is still being distributed. According to the donation website, any donations placed before the August 31st cut-off would be tallied on Sept 1st, and the Cap would be distributed via the MHMU.

I placed my donation shortly after signing up for a Square Enix account around August 27th.

Distribution Period
- Items will be distributed after the May 10 version update.
- Items will not be delivered immediately after a player has donated, but rather on certain dates when the donations are tallied.
- The schedule for donation tallies and item delivery will be as follows:

Sixth: September 1, 2011 (Thur) for Crysta donated between July 29, 2011 and August 31, 2011.

*Items will be sent out on the dates listed above. Please note that it may take several hours for the items to be delivered.
*These dates are subject to change without notice.

I'm assuming the "several hours" thing should tell you whether or not? Idk.
