Is it possible to solo 200 Flans?

As I work towards a Fire Bateleur +2 and a Wind Mayhem +2, one Archery trial troubles me. 200 Flans on Firesday or in hot weather, which is almost nonexistent in Mt. Zhayolm. As a Ranger, is it even possible to fight these things solo in Halvung or Abyssea-Konschtat? Seems that there aren't nearly as many people fighting flans for Magian trials as there used to be.

As RNG? Well thats a tough one... I'd say try to team up with someone because even in Konschtat they hurt a bit... You could probably take them 1 by 1 no problem though.

It'd take forever.

I doubt you'll be able to solo them on RNG. I got lucky and joined a bunch of BLUs working on STR swords for mine.

The problem is you need /nin for the magic, and /DNC for everything else.

You could try sleep arrows but man that'd be painful.

In theory who could just bust out the VV/RR/Apoc Atmas, dual Axes, and Rampage the FK out of them in Abyssea - Konsch. But even that would take forever.

Thankfully, I was able to find enough people yesterday to get this trial behind me. The rest of the way seems clear, though I wish that Cape Teriggan had more hot weather so I could get the Manticore trial over quickly.

For anyone else still on this trial...get a blu friend or two and these can be torn to shreds in no time

These trials aren't so bad since there is almost always someone to team up with especially in aby. I've done flans twice now (RNG bow and BLU swd) and there was almost always someone there willing to team up with.

I also suggest getting a friend to help you out, much safer and quicker.
