Is Demonry Sash worth using over Aristo Belt?
Are there any other good belts?

For debuff accuracy, with Demonry Sash vs. Aristo Belt you essentially have M.Acc+4 vs. Chr+4.
Demonry Sash should have a slightly higher debuff accuracy rate when compared to Aristo (M.Acc+4 > Chr+4); however, considering how debuffs generally land pretty easily, and the cost of Demonry Sash (400-500k on Sylph currently) vs. Aristo Belt (2-3k lol) is exceptionally large, you could easily get away with Aristo Belt and not notice a damn improvement with Demonry.
In fact, if you aren't getting resisted at all, Aristo Belt would technically have an edge since it has Enmity-1; albeit, this an extremely small bonus lol
*EDIT: To answer your other question, I don't think there are any other belt options out there that match up to Aristo Belt or Demonry Sash when it comes to Debuff Accuracy.
Don't think you're interested in recast timers, but if anyone is, then look into using Haste Belt options (Swift, Bullwhip, etc.) Haste in the waist slot is a good slot to focus on if ya need to lower your recast since Brd doesn't really have stellar options out there anyways to enhance debuff accuracy for that slot in particular compared to other equip slots.
*Another thing I want to add in real quick with my edit is that another decent option to look into for your waist slot is a Belisama's Rope (DEF:3 MP+55 Enmity-2). The reason why I say this is because when you macro in a lot of debuff gear, which generally lacks MP nowadays, you can lose out on a ton of your base MP from your Idle set or w/e. If you don't need additional Chr/M.Acc/Haste, then consider using Belisama's since the huge MP boost in that single slot can help make up for all the MP you lose from switching to your Debuff gear.

Demonry Sash would be better than Aristo for pure macc. For stuff like Finale and Lullaby that you can merit, you can minimize your recast with the AF3+2 legs, merits, and light macc magian staff. Almost ditto for Elegy, but you will generally not be needing to minimize recast.
Demonry would win, but it's just not really needed, and especially at the price. BRDs generally have pretty bad waist options. I normally cycle the Bullwhip and the Belisama's Rope.
Bullwhip is really nice for spamming Finale.
I think Aristo belt is fine. I think if you had capped skill you could probably land any song with just a wind instrument.
AF3+2 Legs + Sheikh Gages + Harmony cape will cap recast on Elegy/Finale/Lullaby without merits.
Marching Belt might be worthwhile depending on the songs we get 91-99.

You can still be resisted if you do stuff outside of Abyssea, and that's with a near perfect BRD. Saying it doesn't matter is silly.
For Light/Earth
ToM+2/Quire_Amicus/Gjallarhorn90
Marduk's Tiara/Wind Torque/Musical Earring/Aoidos' Earring
AF3+2/AF3+2/Dawnsoul/Omega
Mesmeric/Aristo/AF3+2/AF3+2
Combined swaps some nereid's in, felebre's and keeps feet since it's only for scherzo
I find it hard to believe that you're being resisted with that gear.
I checked your profile on AH, I didn't see a Ghorn there, I'll have another look.
I would wager that it is a second account.
On-topic I still pretty much max out my macc no matter what I'm debuffing. It's not terribly difficult to minimize recast and still maintain a max macc set. Magian staff is 3 seconds off, +2 legs another 6. You can get the last 3 seconds from some combination of Harmony Cape, Sheikh/Sha'ir Gages, or Mederi Tam not to mention fast cast and haste.
My resists are pretty much just fluke resists. Anything that resists consistently is something like Gamayun, Orthrus, or Amhuluk, where it's something that's just incredibly resistant to one or more elements.
