    $30 in Crysta disappeared

    I had 3000 Crysta on my account, and I checked my bank statement just to make sure I wasn't refunded for some reason, and it does show that I paid the $30 fee for purchasing 3000 Crysta. However, when I log in, my account says 0 and it never says I purchased anything for it. I did pay last month via Clickandbuy, but I want to switch to Crysta now. If I can't be refunded my $30, could I get refunded the 3000 Crysta? I am sure my account would show activity of Crysta and never being used.

    This is something I've been curious about myself. Did you manually create your Crysta account before doing the transfer, or was it set up automagically for you during your transfer and purchase of initial Crysta. A lot of people have been having issues with transferring/buying initial Crysta. Just wondering if maybe there is an issue with the automation method versus the manual one (I created the Crysta account first myself, but haven't put any crysta in it yet).

    I added Crysta after I transferred my account. I paid for it with PayPal using a bank transfer.

    hmm.. when you log into SE AM, are you seeing options for Crysta in "Payments and Service Fees"?

    Under "Payments and Service Fees", are you seeing links for Crysta Passbook (shows Crysta Purchase and Transaction histories) and a link to add Crysta (not the big button at top of page, but a small one that just says "Add Crysta").

    I had these after creating a Crysta account, before I transferred my POL stuff. There was a link on the left somewhere to create the account I think (forget exactly--but I had to put in my physical address and stuff to create it). That is something else to check I guess, your "Account Info" in the "Square Enix Account" should be showing your full name, and physical address--this is all the info I had to add when I created the Crysta account.

    NOTE: In Crysta passbook, it doesn't look like it shows both purchase and transactions at the same time. Clicking on the header of each column appears to load different views (page reloads and URL changes), kind of like workbook tabs in an excel spreadsheet. I'd click on the "Transaction history" header to see if it shows crysta transactions there if you haven't checked that yet.
