I was planning on heavily testing for KA III, but someone said campaign is shut off. I always use fortifications for all of my testing since you dont have any attack rounds that get cut off from a mob dying.

Also KA I is 5%? I have never seen any official testing on that, and was also wanting to set MNK lvl to 51 and check it out. 5% seems weird though, becuase KA II is 13%. I could see KA III being 16 or 18.

Here's the thing though, that sample size he has shows nothing. He has 22/100 with 5 merits with a 95% CI of 8.12. That means with such a small sample size, there is a 95% chance that KA rate is between aprox 14% and 30%. Considering KA II percentage with 5 merits is higher than 14%, we don't even know that there is KA III by LVL 95.
