well going by the trend, it should be another 5% and occur @ Lv.91.
Kick Attacks 1 - Lv.51 5%
Kick Attacks 2 - Lv.71 another 5% for total of 10%
** possible Kick attacks 3 - Lv.91 another 5% for total of 15%
*excluded Lv.75 T1 merit points*

Decent upgrade/update for MNK.
Lv.97 if we should get MA VIII (base delay of 260), at which point I think MNK is only 20 delay behind NIN?

I was planning on heavily testing for KA III, but someone said campaign is shut off. I always use fortifications for all of my testing since you dont have any attack rounds that get cut off from a mob dying.

Also KA I is 5%? I have never seen any official testing on that, and was also wanting to set MNK lvl to 51 and check it out. 5% seems weird though, becuase KA II is 13%. I could see KA III being 16 or 18.

Here's the thing though, that sample size he has shows nothing. He has 22/100 with 5 merits with a 95% CI of 8.12. That means with such a small sample size, there is a 95% chance that KA rate is between aprox 14% and 30%. Considering KA II percentage with 5 merits is higher than 14%, we don't even know that there is KA III by LVL 95.

Rancor collar's inherent pdt doesn't make it very appealing. Faith looks to be crap at 95. If confirmed, it could make the JSE neck superior. The overall KA rate would be base(5) KA1(5) KA2(5) merit(5) af3 (7) plus full set bonus which we can approximate to 5 supposedly for 32 total. I remember kinematic mathing it pretty much on par to faith torque at 90 if no H2H bonus is gained.

I did a simulation with 100,000 iteration of faith VS tantra necklace (capped accuracy) and tantra wins by a low margin (~0.3% so it could very well be reversed if I moves parameters like attack very slightly) . Unless we get more +KA damage from other sources I think either rancor collar of the good old augmented necklaces from mini expansions (like mines which has store tp 2, attack 2 and str2) or 8 attack necklace are good. I put money on new necklaces appearing at 90.

What the hell is base(5)? How do you have a base KA rate of 5% AND add KA1 as 5% more?
I don't know what KA1 % is, but I can tell you after KA2 trait MNK has a 13% KA rate, and with merits its 18%.
Also FYI, 5/5 Set Bonus=10% proc rate of KA round, so @90 it's equivalent to 2.5%.
