Skill gains per level went up again, 7/level for A/A- skills.

puts hth cap at 426 *af3+2 hands/ Faith / merits and +35 skill* raises base hth dmg to 49.86 *with above gear* and 49.09 without faith T on. correct me if im wrong but this would make Rancor *5% crit rate* one of the best TP necks instead of faith since you no longer gain +1 dmg from it?
