    Square Enix Transfer Errors

    In trying to transfer 3 accounts payment information, the process ends in an error everytime. The credit card associated with this account had been stolen and the new card information needs to be updated. Is there a current problem with the registration, and if there is when will it be fixed.

    Don't think it lets you get at the old CC info now...have to transfer to the new payment methods, which doesn't have a direct CC payment option for the non-JP regions (not yet, at least...something supposed to be coming in the fall). So, you'll have to transfer and setup either a Crysta account or go with Click&Buy. I set up the crysta account first, and it transferred to that method without a hitch (even though I had a 0 Crysta balance).

    After you get things transferred over, you have options to re-activate ID's and such within the new SEAM system--but I think there where some issues with reactivation they are still trying to fix.
