Being too drunk to do any real math, my mad eyeballing skillz would say no. You would get to 100% one round sooner, but not all the time either, because of overshoots and misses. In fact, if you calculate 95% accuracy, 10 rounds will usually put you at 95% TP, not 100%. So the bonus would be minimal I think, but the malus quite noticeable. As I said, there's only 1% math in this, I'll check it out again later when I sobered up.
