So what about non-enspell spells?

Phalanx, Barspells, Drain, Aspir and Absorb spells are now uncapped, as far as we know.
Stoneskin is capped, but that is more a function of MND then enhancing magic.

Gain-Stat spells are not capped.
@300 Skill is +5, then every 10 enhancing above that is another +1.
