Clearer Guidelines and more descriptive reasons for Post deletion possible?

Hello GMs and Players! This is a mini-rant i think, so brace yourself.

This isn't a blaring Problem, But I've noticed several discrepancies in Forum moderation and i was wondering if there is any way to be more clear when it comes to why or why not a Post is moderated?

I see some comments on the lines of "You're all childish idiots" go unmoderated, and then someone responds to them saying "Well thats being hypocritical, heres why" get moderated rather quickly.

There are several examples across these forums where obvious insulting and unconstructive posts remain active and up, an those far less insulting get deleted and moderated with a lovely e-mail to follow.

Is there an Auto-Deletion Mechanism on the forums based on number of reports? If so, a simple solution would be to only allow a person to report 1 post a single time, instead of being able to report the same post over and over multiple times.

Sorry if this has been discussed, I'm just starting to notice a trend forming, and anyone here who's been hit with a "Post Moderated" E-mail can attest that sometimes, your post is just absolutely not insulting or against the rules, at the least not more-so then some of the blaring insulting posts i see up and staying still.

It just seems no matter how nicely you word something or how courteous you try to be, If you disagree with the idea of the OP or you disagree with someone in particular, Your post will be spam reported, and in most cases, successfully deleted.

So i ask of the GM staff, Reps, whoever moderates, Is there any way there could be clearer guidelines/reasons for these moderations, and why some posts that seem much more insulting/rude/non-constructive remain sitting there rotting a thread, and some get nuked?

Maybe when you delete something, Include exact reasoning. Like say, Post A is deleted, when its deleted perhaps you can include the "offending" statement in it, Or cite the exact Rule it broke so people know in the future what to avoid doing?

More descriptive, better worded reasons behind why something is deleted would help prevent future mistakes.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to my mini-rant, I hope something might come of it. If nothing does I think i'll be fine. Just worried...

1) Who decides when to Nuke a thread? Is it a "Flip a coin" type deal?

2) When Nuking an entire thread because of one person trolling/shitting it up, Is the content of the thread considered? I mean if the OP is genuinely helpful, Will that play a role in it?

3) Why Nuke a thread when the OP itself is trying to dismiss/disperse the arguments to keep the thread on topic?

4) Is there an "Auto-Delete" Bot for threads that activates if enough posts in said thread get reported?

1) Is there an Auto-delete Function for posts. I.E if I report joe-blow 20 times, will he get auto-deleted?

2) When Deleting a post, what determines a full delete or partial delete? I seem to notice no distinctions between the two

3) Does the amount of posts deleted/amended in a thread influence a thread getting nuked?

I'm Bumping this now because a very informative and helpful thread just got deleted because 1 person decided to shit on it repeatedly.

its quite disheartening watching a very informative thread get blown up simply because of a few bad eggs taking it off topic. Especially when the OP in the thread is trying to break up the fighting to prevent this type of thing from happening.

Seems like a giant slap in the face. Any information regarding this would be very nice.
