    Playonline Viewer Crashes?

    My friend recently bought the Ultimate Collection: Abyssea Edition off of Steam and upon booting up the Playonline viewer it crashes and displays the message:

    "PlayOnline Viewer
    PlayOnline Viewer has stopped working
    A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
    Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
    available."

    We've tried a few things to try and get it working but I'm not sure if I've covered all bases and tried everything. Any ideas?

    Edit: He's running Windows 7 64 Bit, specs:

    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz
    RAM: DDR3 4gb Ram
    Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family (1024 MB)
    Windows Version: Microsoft Windows 7 (6.1) Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (Build 7601)
    DirectX Version: 11.0

    EDIT: FIXED, Just had to disable something on the Graphics Card Apparently ^^;
