Jaculus Wing Drop Rate (Abyssea-Grauberg)

Greetings Square Enix Game Masters!

Just a bit of an FYI regarding the horrid drop rate on the Jaculus Wing from the NM Jaculus in Abyssea-Grauberg. Over the course of several months, I have killed this NM for it's wing, only to be let down over and over again - even when weaknesses have been triggered and Treasure Hunter applied. At this point, I am compelled to report it as a glitch of some sort! It's rather upsetting when the drop rate is better from Gold Pyxis then the NM itself!

Note: If the drop rate is correct, then so be it. I'd just like someone to take a look at it if possible.

Steps:

Based on my own observations over the past few months, Jaculus doesn't like to drop it's own wing. After triggering blue weakness and stacking Treasure Hunter, we were only able to procure a couple wings with well over 25 kills. These sentiments are also echoed by my fellow players:
