    COP ring upgrade

    Real quick, the COP rings have stats that increase as a players level increase (currently capped 30-75). What I would like to see is a storyline quest (long or short that's ok just no magian trial please i about cried when i took my npc to 82 and had to suffer more magian trials when what i really wanted was a good story and some mindless running around looking for silly items and npc dialog stuff, not just a one and done go see the magian moogle cs from luto) that expands the current stats to 99. Perhaps, for example, after the quest my rajas ring would look like this (scaled of course per level/level sync)

    Rajas Ring
    [Ring]All Races
    STR+2~8 DEX+2~8
    "Store TP"+5~8
    "Subtle Blow"+5~8
    Lv.30 All Jobs


    I put store tp 5-8 and subtle blow 5-8 rather than just 8 because im not exactly sure when those stats become active, i think they just are active 75+ so in that sense those two stats only would increase after 75+. I'd be happy with just the STR and Dex stats being raised to 8 at 99, but if you would consider the other functions of the ring like the store tp i won't complain but i can totally see how that might be over overpowered (the store tp function and subtle blow, however theres alot of new gear out with store tp and subtle blow so i dont know). But please, at least consider the Dex/Str stat increase to 99. I still use this ring and im sure lots of dd do too, perhaps some of the other add-on scenerio gear such as this could use a littlle remake (not to mention the TOAU rings since nobody does assualt anymore and if they do its the easy ones to get points for salvage).

    Wow, completely missed that. Must have been one of the times I wasn't around here. Very good to hear though, idm if it's not right away, as long as they won't be entirely useless.

    what i would like is not to half to toss the ring and trade for another one how about everyone can toss there rings and you get one with all the stats from all three rings but the emnity stat on savat ring be only for pld nin war and thf

    I would be for an upgrade to it, but in my opinion it should follow the same pattern as before. +1 to the base stats every 15 levels, making it +6 at level 90, *maybe* +7 at 99, but that is starting to get out of hand!

    What I'm more interested in anyway is to make the ToAU rings actually worth using outside of assault (which people barely ever do these days).

    +7 at level 90, we already have +7 stat rings at 90, we'll have +8 by 99.

    Those +7 stat rings are single stat rings. CoP rings have two base stats, and other fancy stuff like store tp and subtle blow.

    We had +6 str rings at level 75 too, but that didn't make a 5 str 5 dex Rajas worthless.

    For the record, as far as I know, the subtle blow and store TP stats on Rajas does not scale with levels, so they should probably be left the same. After all, how many rings are there with more than 5 sTP? I can't think of any, and I think there's only one ring with more subtle blow.

    Bottom line, CoP rings are still relevant 15 levels past 75. I don't think we should go overboards when suggesting upgrades, I'm of the impression that developers would pay more attention to realistic suggestions rather than "plz make this item superomgawesome forever".
